"Location of this property is superb. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but it is a lovely place to stay. Walkable to a couple great restaurants/bars. Easy 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I have to say, the only criticism I have is the parking spot is a little small. Other wise an amazing 5 star stay. "We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee.
