Brand new, clean, very spacious
We stayed for a long weekend with family. The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom (4th bathroom in the hallway). It was perfect and very spacious. Clean, brand new. Towels and linens were provided. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook & having two refrigerators was something we didn’t know we would need. Very close to the beach with a small golf cart path (vehicle access in the neighborhood next street over). We definitely would stay again!

Nice house horrible host
Let's start with the positives, so the house is brand new, it was beautiful, and perfect for a multifamily stay. Lots of room and very close to the beach. BUT it was the worst experience I have ever had before checking in. Anyone that I have ever rented a space from has always been very friendly, helpful and kind, NOT THIS ONE. The person renting the property is very adamant about signing a contract with a LONGGGGGG list of rules. I do understand it is a new build, but it was very extreme. They want a full list of guests with full name and date of birth. Not sure about anyone else but that made me feel very uncomfortable since a few of my "guest" were my kids and niece. And if you have any questions about it, they are very strict and rude about it. One time I spoke to them on the phone and another person grabbed the phone away and started yelling and going off on me for no reason. I was not even calling being difficult I just was asking a few questions. We were traveling with family so grandparents and 2 families with young kids and they acted like we were using the house for a big party. Again, it was a nice house, but I would never stay here again because of the rude owners and crazy rules. There are so many other options in the area than to deal with the mess and stress.

Beautiful cabin!
The cabin was stunning, and the hosts were super attentive. They promptly responded to all my questions even before I booked the cabin.The two refrigerators and four bathrooms were huge selling points for us. There was plenty of parking! We will definitely use this cabin for future trips.
