Come relax with family and friends at our beautiful Pura Vida beach cabin. Pura Vida meaning “pure life” was our exact intentions with this cabin. You’ll be able to relax with all the gorgeous surrounding views of the ocean, a wrap around deck with lounge chairs, and outdoor patio to enjoy dinner and games with the family. Pura Vida cabin is just steps from the ocean. Our three bedroom two bath can fit up to 10 people. The master has king bed, bedroom two has a queen, bedroom three has two sets of twin bunk beds and our couch is a queen pullout. Both the master and queen bedroom come with smart tvs for entertainment and a variety of board games. The carport has a picnic table, hammocks, a grill and beach wagon.

Bolivar Peninsula Beach Rules
All vehicles parked on the beach must display a Bolivar Beach Parking sticker ($10—available at most businesses.

Glass containers are prohibited.
Speed limit is 15 mph. No reckless driving.
No littering (Trash barrels are located all along the beach)
No motorized vehicles on sand dunes or offroad on private property
No bonfires allowed—contained campfires and cooking grills allowed
Open container laws apply to all vehicles (including ATVs, ROVs, golfcarts)
ATVS and ROVs are allowed on the beach. They are not allowed on public roadways. They must be taken to the beach on a road-legal trailer. Drivers under the age of 14 must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
Golf carts are allowed and may be driven to the beach. The driver must have a valid driver’s license. They cannot be operated on the highway. You can cross the highway at an intersection only.

Perfect location
Basically beachfront, only steps from the sand with ocean views on both sides of the balcony. Bring mosquito spray, all the rain and weather has made them bad this year. There is only one grocery store on the peninsula that is way overpriced so bring as much as you can or risk spending double your budget on groceries. Beautiful, comfortable house. Hosts very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again due to great location.

Great house great views
My family enjoyed our stay here and the house has perfect views of the ocean. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and check in was easy. The listing says it has a hot tub/spa tub but there is a bathtub, but other than that I give it 5 stars. We walked to the beach each day, and didn’t even need a golf cart because it’s so close!

Home was as pictured. Perfect location! Clean, and bed was very comfortable. However, I gave 4 stars because the home is for sale and had zero beach amenities with the exception of a cooler. We flew in and hoped with steps away from the beach the home would have beach chairs, beach towels, etc as we were not able to bring all of that with us. We had to go purchase chairs and leave them. Nice home but if you book this property just know you will have to bring any beach item you might need.

Perfect for small family
Proximity to beach was perfect. Could allow younger children to go to beach and keep an eye on them from the deck. Master bedroom on opposite side of house from other bedrooms allows for quiet nights. Pet friendly made us feel more at home. Hammocks downstairs allowed for great naps and reading of novels perfectly. The welcome snacks were just icing in the cake. Host is actively available for any questions. Was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely book here again.

We’d stay here again!
Location and off-season pricing was unbeatable! It ended up being the best beach combing location on the peninsula, which was awesome. We even found a couple shark teeth! The only issue we had was some bees in the house, which is no fault of the owners but does pose an issue for guests (especially considering it was in the bunk bed room).

Perfect Vacation Spot
One of the best beach houses we've stayed in. The location is quite and perfect for families. This house is 3 back from the beach but still right on the beach. You can pack a wagon or carry what you need. The host were very easy to communicate with and check in and out were a breeze. The house had everything you would need for your stay. I brought bath towels and paper goods because in the past we have needed more than what was provided, this was not the case here. The house has smart tvs and wifi, so the kids were happy while cooling off. Beds were comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water. I really could go on and on. Extremely happy with everything about our stay.

When we went in the place was a little smaller then it looked in the pictures. Some of the dishes were put away dirty in the cabinets. Also the location was listed on Vrbo as crystal beach but it was about 8 miles from there.

Upon arrival house smelled so good and was very clean. Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. Wonderful Beach house. Only down fall was renters next door and across the street, but the owners can’t control that.

Fantastic Weekend
I took my son and a few friends for the weekend to celebrate his 16th birthday and they loved it! The proximity to the beach can't be beat. They swam, fished and played football for hours. The house was perfect for them to set up a late night poker game and relax. We will be going again!
