Peaceful Bolivar beachfront home w/ footpath access to water

Depending on the calendar, we can adjust check-in and check-out times that suit your schedule!

Make yourself at home in our peaceful 1,500 sqft beach house! You can step out onto the wide expanse of sand from the Golf cart and pedestrian-only beach access located directly next to the home. Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious deck, grill some fresh seafood on the BBQ (next to the outdoor shower), or have a blast splashing in the salty water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located 10 minutes from the Bolivar Ferry Landing, the home is convenient for Galveston day trips.

We've included linens, small toiletries, and towels with the property to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the 2 smaller bedrooms have both dressers and closets. The Smart TV in the main room has Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ included with it. We have a game cabinet with a selection of board games!

We took a quick trip down to Crystal Beach just to relax and spend time with the kids. It is a perfect location; easy walk to the beach. The house is the very spacious and very clean. The huge deck is perfect for watching the sunrise. We hope to go back soon!

Perfect Location & A Great Home
Home is located on the quieter end of Crystal Beach, which makes it a perfect family get away location. Home is clean and updated and ha views to die for. We bought fresh shrimp from a local shop and had a wonderful shrimp boil with our family.

Perfect Beach Vacation
For my family, (adults and teens), this place was just perfect for us. We appreciated having enough beds for everyone, a nice big dining table, and kitchen easy to cook in. We were very happy to find a charcoal grill and outdoor shower too. Being able to walk to and from the beach so easily and whenever we each wanted was the cherry on top. We'll be back again next year too!

Awesome house in a quite area right on the beach!
This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at in Crystal Beach. We visit Crystal Beach at least 2-4 times a year. This house was in an area close to everything yet in a neighborhood on the beach that was not crowded. I didn’t hear loud cars/music at night despite being on the first row of the beach. It was clean and the property manger is super responsive to questions. It had everything we needed for a great price! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Front row water view on the deck!
Wow, we spent countless hours just lounging on the deck taking in the gulf views. The pictures in the ad don't do it justice. The deck is partially covered so you can switch from sun to shade as you please. The quiet house is very well stocked for a large group from the kitchen to all the beach stuff (towels, boogie boards). Check-in/out was simple. We will be back. Thank you!

Allison was the absolute best! She was responsive to every question we had before our arrival. The pictures do not do this gem any justice. Well stocked with EVERYTHING you’ll need for your stay. This part of the beach is quite compared to other areas and we LOVE it! Met some “locals” who live in this quite neighborhood and walked away from the weekend with new friends. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a beach front home for a relaxing get away. We will be back ❤️

Great location with awesome ocean view!
What a wonderful place to get away to! The 3 bedrooms are nicely set up for families with 2 sets of bunk beds yet could be a perfect set up for 2 or 3 couples as well. Stocked with books and all types of games that are helpful for a rainy day. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped as well. My personal favorite thing was the unobstructed view of the beach from the large deck. I’ve stayed at places where the pictures made things appear closer than they were - not the case here! A short stroll on a path and you can be in the water. Overall, a great place to vacation and we’ll be back when it’s warmer.

This was the best trip home! I'm Texan but moved a few years ago. Now home is vacation! Wanted to go gulf fishing so we chose this location.The listing was just as described! Walking Beach access directly next to house. On a dead end street! If you want privacy, well this is your spot! Everything i needed to cook for a group of friends. The BBQ Grill is small ( good for a few quick steaks) but we brought our own. THIS IS THE Ultimate Beach experience! Easy Check In!

Location, location, location
This gem of a house is in a small neighborhood where the only thing between you and the water is the dunes. The beach access is a pedestrian and golfcart-only path, so there's no real traffic in the neighborhood. From the front door we could be in the waves in less than 3 minutes. There's a stack of boogie boards, beach towels and toys right by the door - very helpful! Downstairs shower was very handy for sandy bathingsuits. Colorful and comfortable interior with lots of beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck. It's about 15 minutes into Crystal Beach, which means you're closer to the ferry and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary on a quieter part of the beach. Allison responded in less than 2 minutes after I messaged that I couldn't get the lockbox open. Love this little place and we're ready to book it again for next summer. One thing - my mother is 5'2" and couldn't get onto the bed in the master bedroom without a stepstool. Fortunately, The Big Store is a combination grocery store and Ace Hardware so we got her squared away alright. Just something to be aware of if you are of similar stature. :) She did say the mattress was amazingly comfortable once she got up there!

Nice property but it is located around a lot of grass. So if there is any rain at all and water standing watch out for the mosquitoes! They were terrible.
