LIVING AREA

Featuring hardwood floors and high ceilings, the open-concept living area is the perfect place to relax after beach days. One of the couches converts to a queen-size sleeper, while a flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to dine, the table seats eight and the kitchen island accommodates two.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 10 guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, two twin-size futons, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath creates added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A spacious patio beneath the home is ideal to unwind. You can even dine alfresco at the dining table with seating for six.

A wraparound deck upstairs offers vistas of the water.

This stilted home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs from the parking area.

LOCATION

Your retreat is just a 5-minute walk from Crystal Beach. The kid-friendly Fun Spot Water Slide waterpark is a 7-minute walk.

The Big Store, one of the largest grocery and variety stores in the Crystal Beach area is a 3-minute drive.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
