FAMILY BEACH FRONT-House with loft

Serendipity is an amazing beach front house with spectacular ocean views! This spacious house features 4 bedrooms on the main floor and a large loft bedroom. Relax the day away on the large front covered porch; and, enjoy the sunset on the intimate back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items needed to cook and eat with a large group. And the abundant cabinet space allows space to store food and pantry items during your stay.
The main bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom comes with a king bed; the third bedroom has a queen bed; and, the fourth bedroom accommodates 4 with queen over queen bunk beds. The large loft has 4 twin trundle beds and a bathroom with standup shower.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.
Watch movies and your favorite streaming shows on ROKU TV available living room and loft.

We were 15 People with our 1 pet. The stay was amazing! Location was beautiful, house had everything whatever we needed for the stay. Highly recommend this house if you are planning for family/ friends getaway and looking for a beach front house then this is your spot!

Family Get-Together
The cabin was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and the loft was perfect for the teens. The view and proximity of the beach is amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Some reviews before mentioned issues with the neighbors, we had no problems what so ever. Great time and great place to stay!

Father’s Day weekend stay
Ten adults and two teens stayed comfortably at this house. There was plenty of seating inside and out. The house was clean and very well stocked. Beach access was great. Quick responses from owners when communicating. Would definitely rent again if staying on Bolivar.

4th of July Beach Trip
We enjoyed our 4th of July stay with friends and family. There were plenty of rooms for the adults and the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. The house is located on a quieter end of the beach so it wasn't very crowded but it's still close enough to restaurants and the Big Store. We loved hanging out on the large deck during the day and at night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The property itself was wonderful; however, the neighbors were not friendly at all. We spent very little time in the house and majority of our time visiting friends on the island.

FANTASTIC FAMILY TIME
Our Family gathers once a year, 18-20 of us , to spend quality time together. This properly was wonderful and was beyond what I expect ed. Plenty of kitchen ware, towels, and washing supplies. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The direct beach access was the big bonus. All we needed was for it to be 10 degrees cooler 😁 but otherwise absolutely perfect.

Family Weekend
This was our second time at this property. We enjoyed that it was right on the beach and we could bring our pets. It's great for our family because it has 5 bedrooms. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the addition of an elevator. I wouldn't even have thought about it but the house next door had one. It would save aching old knees like mine and would make easier to unload. Otherwise this was an excellent place.

Great house but
The house was great and the location being beach front was great. Only downside is the neighbors are the owners and their friends. We would catch them both watching us and the kids. It felt very Big Brother when looking in the kitchen and the neighbors staring. Another downside was using the oven made the fire alarm go off each time the door was opened.

Clean, fun & spacious beach house
House was very clean with cute beachy decor. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, views were beautiful & beach access was very easy. Everything seemed new & thoughtful! Eric & Cathy were very responsive! Ocean was pretty cloudy but we were able to spot dolphins about 100 yards out. Only suggestion would be to provide out of town guests with a book of restaurant & beach chair rental suggestions. We rented chairs, canopy & beach games from Ashore Venture & they were very helpful to both deliver & pick up rentals. All in all, a great family beach vacation!

Weekend getaway
Overall great property and plenty of amenities. Main complaint was the couches and beds upstairs were full of sand upon arrival. And also the first night when we went to bed we pulled back the covers on the bed in the master and there was an enormous amount of dog hair along with dark stains on the sheets! Not what we were expecting at all. And also the reviews about the neighbors are extremely accurate very big brotherish.

Family Vacation
This house is amazaing. The location, the view, the space is everything. It was 18 of us on our annual family trip. The house was very clean and very well maintained. We had to contact the owners for a small issue and they were there within a few minutes. Cathy, thank you for your quick response. Although it could not be resolved because of it being a holiday weekend, it was minor and did not stop us from enjoing our trip to the fullest. The views from the front balcony was great. That is where we spent the majority of our time. We will definitely stay again.
