Beautiful, rustic house "Les Mésanges", surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 km from the centre of Saint-Lô-d´Ourville, 4 km from the centre of Portbail, 45 km from the centre of Cherbourg, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 with trees, meadow, parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 4 km, sandy beach 5 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.

Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Oil heating. beau bâtiment, ancien corps de ferme, au calme, avec de beaux espaces
Lors de notre réunion de famille sur une semaine, cette grande maison nous a permis d'avoir de beaux espaces. Nous avons apprécié surtout la belle véranda très claire. Bon fonctionnement de la wifi. La ville de Portbail est située à 5 kms environ, voiture indispensable.
