Heerlijk rustig en lieve eigenaren
Het huisje is prima, lekker basic. Het huisje bevindt zich echt in een heel rustig gebied? ‘s ochtends hoor je de haan kraaien en de ezel van de buren balken. Je zit heel erg privé. De eigenaar komt af en toe kijken of alles in orde is.

Maison authentique avec un style authentique.
Beaucoup de charme, beau terrain, maison agréable et au cachet certain, courtoisie gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires. Très bien situé en retrait de moins de 4km de la côte et a moins de 30mn de nombreux points d’interet : Port Bail, Barneville, Carteret, dunes de Hatainville, Lindberg plage, Pirou plage…. De beaux et grands marchés à proximité.

Een eenvoudige vrijstaande vakantiewoning. Staat op het domein van een kasteel, grote eigen tuin, ideaal voor partij badminton. Wel gehorig woning, op het verdiep hoor je wat er beneden wordt gezegd. Utah beach ligt op 40 minuten rijden. Strand op 3km, te voet te doen, rustige eenvoudige baan te volgen (1× drukke baan oversteken). Gemakkelijk parking te vinden aan het strand mocht je met de auto willen gaan

Absolut einsam und still gelegenes Ferienhaus mit den nettesten und gastfreundlichsten Vermietern, die wir in den letzten Jahren kennenlernen durften. Nur wenige Kilometer zu Sandstrand, Boulangerie, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Im Frühjahr und Herbst möglicherweise etwas kühl, nicht alle Zimmer lassen sich beheizen - im Zweifel den Vermieter fragen!

Een mooi huis, prachtig gelegen, rust, rust.... alles is aanwezig in het huis, gelukkig geen TV. Eigenaren zijn bijzonder aardig, doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Het huis is erg moeilijk te vinden, de beschrijving van Belvilla klopte helemaal niet! De eigenaar is ons na een uur rondrijden tegemoet gekomen. Dat moet Belvilla dus echt corrigeren.
