"Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Recommended without hesitation"

The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"Staff stood us up for checking in on two occasions (and we had to call several times, including booking agents to locate the correct phone number and wait hours to be given the keys and to pay). Staff stood us up for check-out as well. Room did not have washing machine as advertised or toiletries or toilet paper. Room smelt bad."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

Property manager communicates in German and minimal English. He was hard to get in contact with, but he did provide check-in information at the last minute."

"Had a great stay. Easy to get to other things/places from here. It is a beach resort with the obvious facilities although somewhat limited in the winter ( February). The unit did have a musty smell from the laundry closet which also had the cleaning equipment. This gave a harsh smell to the place. Once we put the pail and mop on the balcony the smell lessened but still lingered for our stay. While adequately supplied with appliance they are very cheap and temperamental. "wonderful small loft in the city center with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Great communication at check in/check out. Welcome bottle of cava and sweets greatly appreciated. The only thing that can annoy one would be the thin glass of the windows that let you hear the street’s noise. Not a problem right now with the night curfew but could become one once the pandemic situation is over. "

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
