"Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

We travelled with a baby and thought from the pictures that the studio had a separate bedroom and living space but it was just one room, bit tricky once the baby went to bed but the terrace was great. The key fob to switch off the electricity when you weren't in the room was a little annoying, understand turning the aircon off but was a bit irritating that it switched off all the plugs, couldn't charge the baby...

"We stayed in a duplex two bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom unit. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a modestly decorated/furnished unit, very large and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with plates, glasses etc, all were crystal clean. The room was spotless. If you walk through the back courtyard, there is a little foot path that leads to their huge parking lot. The owner, Stavros, is an incredible host and takes great pride in providing the best experience possible in every way. The common space is a huge, shaded patio with gorgeous plants and comfortable seating overlooking the charming port town. "Our family of 5 had a lovely few nights here. The pool was perfect for our children and the apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Stavros is a perfect host, very friendly and our children thought he was great. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break. "
