Our T2, calm and bright is ideally located in Pornichet, in the Bay of La Baule.
The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator at the back of a residence waterfront standing secure with guardian, 20m from the beach bookstores and Thalasso, 200m from the casino and 500m from the train station, the market and shops.
It offers you:
- an entrance with cupboard
- a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, 4 burner hob, extractor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...

Excellente situation
Appartement très bien situé, face à la plage principale de Pornichet. Bien exposé car le soleil ne chauffe l'appartement que le matin ce qui permet de garder le logement au frais. Important en ces temps de canicule.

Des gros travaux de ravalement juste devant les fenêtres et bruits de perçage. Le balcon recouvert de toiles de peinture.....les ouvriers travaillant devant les fenêtres...des 8 heures du matin...tres déçu

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances (2 semaines) , l'appartement est idéalement placé sur le front de mer , à 2 pas des commerces et du port et bien sur ,la plage à vos pieds.On a un box fermé en sous-sol pour la voiture.Les propriétaires sont très sympas , bref nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet appartement.

Appartement bien équipé et proche de la mer, que demandez de plus.
Tout est dit. Appartement avec balcon et garage, proche de la mer, du marché et de la supérette spar. Tout est réuni pour passer une bonne semaine en famille Les plus : le parking, le balcon, la machine à laver le linge, le linge de maison qui est fourni et le kit de nettoyage déjà présent dans l'appartement. Le moins : manque qq ustensiles pour manger un plateau de fruits de mer dans l'appartement, mais notre logeuse à promis d'y remédier. Et je n ai aucun doute qu'elle le fera. Promis nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

appartement fonctionnel ,très calme et très bien équipé (manque juste une cloche pour le micro-onde )idéal pour un long week-end ou plus car tout est fournie (linge de maison et le lit est meme fait ).Le garage est un vrai plus pour charger ou décharger les bagages .Propriétaires charmants,disponibles et accueillants .Merci pour ce week-end
