"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...

"Really appreciated the ramped access, the lodge is at one level. Suited us well as our son has limited mobility. Co-op just down the lane was great, we went everyday. We had a lot of rain but the terrace seating must be lovely in the summer. We still appreciated the incredible views from there, we just didn’t sit out. There were four of us staying and the living area was very comfortable."

"Three generations stayed here and all loved it. My 5 year old grandson was amazed at the “upside down” house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for getting around. "We had a great stay for my Dads 70th birthday. Lots of space for the price. We ranged from 7-70years old. 16 of us. They’re trying to make the outside space nicer which will be great when it’s completed. Comfy beds. Kitchen was great with a massive table for us all to sit round. Good value for money.
