Villa Aurea Vallis is located in the small, quiet village of Kukci, only a few kilometres from the tourist metropolis of Porec and the sea.
The spacious villa has a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower/WC or bathtub/WC, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a large living and dining area. A playful Mediterranean charm awaits you in the main wing, the side wing is furnished in a modern style. The villa is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Two large covered terraces provide shade on sunny, hot days. A special highlight is the small, romantic lookout tower - here you can even enjoy a sea view. Total area of Villa Vallis Aurea is 300sqm.

Outside, a well-kept, flowery Mediterranean garden with a large sun terrace and pool of 40sqm, awaits you. There is also fully furnished outside Kitchen with barbecue. The property is completely fenced . There are two garages for your cars. You are welcome to bring your dog.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the small village of Kukci. From here you can reach the tourist metropolis of Porec and the surrounding beaches in no time, even by bike.
