This luxurious, unique cottage is only a few kilometres away from Porec and its beaches and at the same time, guarantees an absolutely private position. The house is surrounded by a garden of 30,000 sqm featuring numerous Mediterranean plants. The large pool of 100 sqm with its sunbathing area offers a stunning view of the nature and the woods surrounding the grounds. The BBQ next to the pool is fully equipped with all cooking and other utensils as well as a grill. The covered veranda in front of the house has seating for up to 10 adults people./plus extra bed for children max num. 4
The joys of eating and drinking are intensified by romantic sunsets and clear air.

The pool heating is available / except in the months of June, July and August.

This spot is ideal for all those enjoying the beauty of nature.
If you are looking for recreation, the surroundings offer numerous possibilities, like diving, tennis, swimming, cycling, horse riding...

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Das Hause ist sehr schön, sehr groß und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und auch in der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Einzige Minuspunkte: Das Trampolin und die Kinderschaukel sind ziemlich alt und kaputt. Zusätzlich wäre ein Besen, Laubbläser oder Ähnliches schön gewesen, mit dem man den Außenbereich sauber halten kann.

Excellent villa
I was extremely happy with the help from Ivon, the owner. She responded very quickly to a few problems we had (including a flat tyre). She was the perfect hostess! There were a few problems - the air conditioning wasn’t very effective so it was difficult to sleep. The property is accessed by a very long gravel road - impossible to walk to the centre, and it takes about 15 minutes to drive there - you must have a car. There’s no tennis court and the hot tub is actually a whirlpool bath. There are lots of wasps that congregate around the pool. In spite of these problems we had a fabulous holiday.

Sehr grosszügiges Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Riesiger Garten mit grossem Pool. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und kommen gene wieder. Liegt ruhig, aber deutlich ausserhalb von Proec, die Ortsangaben im Inserat sind schlecht.

Die Villa befindet sich sehr abgelegen. Man braucht ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bis ins Zentrum, zum Einkauf oder zum Strand. Zu Fuss ist nichts zu erreichen. In der Anzeige stand dass der Pool beheizbar sei. Dies war leider nicht der Fall und so war der Pool für diese Jahreszeit zu kalt. Leider auch einige Mängel bei der Sauberkeit. Viele Spinnweben und Stinkwanzen im ganzen Haus. Besitzerin wurde darauf hingewiesen und uns wurde geantwortet dass wir mitten in der Natur seien und das normal sei. Die vielen toten käfer hätte man vielleicht vorher doch wegputzen können Die Poolwände waren voller Algen. Am ersten Tag durften wir wegen zu starker Chemie Behandlung den Pool gar nicht betreten. Leider war auch Schimmel im Kühlschrank und auf den Schneidbrettern in der Küche. Dafür entschuldigte sich die Gastgeberin, brachte neue Schneidbretter und zwei Flaschen Prosecco. In der Anzeige stand inkl Golf, Tennis, Fitness. Das gibt es wohl irgendwo in Porec aber nicht bei dieser Villa. Sollte dann auch nicht so in der Anzeige stehen Für uns ist es leider keine Option mehr. Waren leider enttäuscht.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder :)! In dieser atemberaubenden Villa beleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Large adult family group
This was an amazing villa for our 10 person (5 couples) adult family group. It was extremely quiet. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms being spacious, there was plenty of room inside the house for relaxing together and playing games (billiards, cards). The grounds were beautiful with an incredible swimming pool and large outdoor area for cooking and playing ping pong. We would highly recommend this villa to other large groups looking to travel together, have fun together and still have lots of privacy.

Picturesque home and grounds!
We truly had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa. My family and my sisters family stayed together (9 total) and there was PLENTY of room. The villa is enormous yet still feels comfortable and relaxed. Great for multiple families. Offering plenty of space and privacy between all of the suites. The grounds are extensive, beautiful, well maintained, and very private. A quick 8-10 minute drive and you are in the heart of old town Porec. The owner was helpful and responsive, making us feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning a trip to Porec. Only tip- bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) as none were provided.

Entspannung pur im.Luxusambiente
geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit sehr großzügigen Zimmern, hier stimmt jedes Detail. Für uns war es eine Wohltat, nach Stunden am Strand oder Abendessen in der Stadt wieder in diese wunderschöne ruhige Oase zurückzukehren. Toller Pool, Liegen unter der Schatten spendenden Eiche und Blick auf den Olivenhain.Extra Getränkekühlschrank im Poolhouse mit Icemaker, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und kommen wieder.

Large home in secluded area
The house was large and accommodated the five couples well. We enjoyed our stay; however it was too remote than we would have liked. We were not given the specific address which we found out when we googled its location just before arriving. The location came up on google as an office location not at all the house address. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and one bathroom did not have soap. We also had to buy toilet paper. There was only one laundry pod. Maybe we were expecting too much from the VRBO. It did serve its purpose and again it was quite spacious.
