"We needed a quiet little break and didn't want to deal with airlines or a long roadtrip. This cottage just outside Weatherford was just right. It was an easy one-hour drive fron North Dallas; secluded, but just 15-minutes from casual shopping and plenty of dining options. We enjoyed the onsite pool and tranquility garden, both of which were nicely cooled by great treelines. The pool is within view of the hosts' home. "We had 23 people at our family reunion from infants to teens to adults. There was plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, the kitchen area was sufficient, but the living room area or gathering space was a bit small. However we didn't let that stop us from having a great time. The swimming pool was smaller than the picture shows. There were a few minor changes and house upgrades that could be made to make the stay more enjoyable, but overall we had a great time and the host was always quick...
