Unfortunately the City had an issue with its water having E-Coli so we were advised not to use the hotel’s water so we cancelled our reservation and went out of Pooler to a Savannah Hotel. Besides this the Hotel seemed ok and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was such a lovely hotel! The staff was so personable and welcoming, and took the time to chat and make us feel welcome. The room was very clean and the bed was honestly one of the nicest hotel beds we've ever slept on! So soft and comfortable. This will definitely be a go-to hotel for us whenever we are visiting the area.

The room is dirty. I don’t think the linen was changed. Blood on linen. The bathroom smelled like dirty mop water. The chair in the room was dirty and smelly as if it was found by the garbage. I was evacuated from Florida and the moment I walked in the room, I thought to my self. I should have stayed to deal with the Hurricane. Never again!
