Situated on Poole Quay, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on the sixth floor. It is in an elevated position and set back within the development benefiting from a large balcony area and some harbour glimpses. Dolphin Quays` prestigious foyer offers a 24 hour front desk security service with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.

Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts to 6th floor. Spacious hallway to front door. Hallway leading to open plan living and dining areas with corner aspect windows and double sliding doors leading to a large balcony tucked in the roof areas. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Utility room with washer / dryer machine. Master Bedroom (5ft Kingsize double) with ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobe. Second bedroom (5ft Kingsize double) and third bedroom (2x 3ft single beds) with corner aspect windows. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6`6").

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels), Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - Flatscreen TV with freeview facility. WIFI.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

PLEASE NOTE: Development work has commenced on the adjacent former Poole Pottery site. The window/s within the property do overlook this construction site and the tower crane which has been erected upon it. We have obtained a schedule of works from the developers and have been advised that contractors will be on site for a period of approximately 12 months. They are working normal working hours, usually from 8am up to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
