Part of prestigious development situated on Poole Quay. This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located on the third floor with lift and level access throughout.. Dolphin Quays` prestigious foyer offers a 24 hour front desk security service with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.

Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts to 3rd floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, open plan Living / Dining Room with recliner sofas. Large glass doors with Juliette balustrade and some harbour views towards Sandbanks. The living area includes Smart Panasonic 50 inch television with BlueRay and Sky package, Ipod docking station. Broadband WIFI. Fully fitted Miele kitchen including 5-burner hob, feature extractor hood, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also benefits from a breakfast bar area. Comprehensively equipped and stylish decoration. Master Bedroom (6ft Superkingsize bed with memory foam mattress) with fitted wardrobe benefitting from a Samsung Smart 22 inch television. Ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Second Bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath, sink and toilet).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6`6").

Services -Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

A Gem on the Quay
Great location! Had everything we needed close by. So nice to stay somewhere and have the entire space to ourselves. Would recommend.

Poppies at the Dolphin Quays was beautiful, very clean and well equipped, we had a few minor issues on the first day, but everything was sorted within an hour, the staff at Quay Holidays were fantastic and so helpful. The amenities were close and everything's flat making walking easier for my grandparents, I was even able to hire a wheelchair in the town centre. Beautiful rental and friendly locals mad it a fantastic week away. Can't wait to return next year.

Building refacing in operation
Liked the apartment ,very clean , well equipped. The entire building was undergoing an external refacing so it was noisy & unattractive on the outside . Other than that it was good . I’ve stayed several times at this location in different apartments they’ve all been very good
