Part of prestigious development situated on Poole Quay. This is a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment located on the third floor. Dolphin Quays` prestigious foyer offers a 24 hour front desk security service with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.

Hall, open plan Lounge / Dining Room with door to balcony overlooking the Dolphin Quays development and some views through the development to the harbour. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Utility room. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite (separate shower cubicle), sliding doors to balcony with views to the harbour. Second bedroom (3ft twin beds). Family bathroom (bath).

Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).
