Disappointed with location, right next door to Industrial Estate , busy main road at front, ample parking on front drive. A few issues with cleanliness on arrival. Fridge not clean, sink in utility dirty, toilet seats under rim not clean and downstairs bathroom side of bath popped out.. The skirting boards around stair-case were dusty and painting needed a second coat around frames in some rooms. The kettle needed de-scaling all bits in it. To be fair we got in touch with the owner who sent the cleaner back within an hour. The space in the house was wonderful and very pleasant colour scheme. Ideal garden for those wishing to take a dog or young children, very safe enclosed back garden and patio area. A hot tub is out at the back but we didn't use it. The 3 bedrooms very nice and clean, linen fresh and clean. Beautiful master bedroom, furnished nicely, lots of wardrobe space and lovely ensuite. Only problem was the stool in front of dressing table needed screws tightening as very wobbly. If you had 8 people staying we felt another settee would be needed in the lounge as you would be a bit squashed on the one that changes into the 4th bed. Although, a bit disappointed by some issues regarding cleanliness which could easily be put right and should not happen again now we have pointed them out, and obviously the area, it is a lovely place to stay if you use it for a base whilst you enjoy the amenities less than 5 miles close by. Bournemouth was lovely and 15 minutes away, gorgeous beaches, gardens , shops etc, plenty to do. The Sandbanks is well worth a visit. Lovely harbour area and an amazing beach, white sandy, with sea salt sauna in situ, volleyball and crazy golf. The dog loved running in the sea. Beaches very clean. Would recommend the area and would definetly holiday in this area again.
