"Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a solo traveler. The staff made me feel safe and were incredibly helpful, even providing detailed bus information. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge convenience, and the location near the airport and main train station made traveling easy. "We loved this hotel especially the view. The room was a bit snug and the washroom shower would always have water coming out on the floor. We had to layer towels next to the door. But overall a great hotel, with a great bar at the lobby with good music. "

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. There are some cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mall also within walking distance. My checkout was at 11am but my flight wasn't until 9pm, the hotel held my bags for me for the day. "
