"The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm...

"Ottima esperienza! Proprietaria molto cordiale, al mio arrivo mi ha mostrato la mia stanza e la zona adibita alla colazione, rispondendo inoltre ai miei dubbi. Nonostante la camera sia piccola, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: set di asciugamani completo (1 grande, 1 piccolo, 1 medio), phon, bagnoschiuma, cuscino e coperte aggiuntive. Ottima pressione dell'acqua e della sua temperatura nella doccia, che non sempre è scontata. Letto e cuscini molto confortevoli. Classica colazione...

"We booked like every other Expedia booking, we went to the location, they didn’t confirm and didn’t answer the door. We had to go to another place. Don’t book them, I sent 3 emails and called them 4 times with no answer. "

"Noise from drinks machine, like fog horn at night , no water to wash or flush toilet in early hours , light on balcony goes off after2 minutes off sitting outside ,no staff when checking in also no staff on in the day time ,would never go back to stay ."
