"To be clear: This house is a very old farmhouse, in a small isolated village in rural France. It was certainly not a luxury location at the time of our visit, in summer 2020. And still, we had AN AWESOME TIME despite some issues with the condition of the house! The location: The house is about 50min from the sea, in a tiny friendly farming village. There is no shop of any sort within the village, and even a boulangerie is a mile or so away along a country lane. The nearest town is...

"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. "well appointed apartment. Good facilities - good size - and a fantastic view over the sea. Staff very helpful - particularly Blaze (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside is that bedding and towels attract an extra change - it's within the detail of the Hotel listing so important that you read fully and consider taking your own if appropriate."

"Worked out fine after extremely disappointing arrival experience. Greeter had nothing to say to us other than the time we needed to be out at the end. She told us there was no WiFi (wrongly as it turned out) and generally gave the impression she'd prefer to be somewhere else."

"Great value! Our only complaint was that our room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to lower the temperature. However, given it was freezing outside it was much better to be too warm!! The restaurant was also good value and the food was excellent."
