"Our host was exceptional! Usually she was on the premise but if not was easy to contact with any questions. She came in early for our early check in! Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! The location was perfect as it was close to everything, especially the unloading area! Although a breakfast was not available we were able to get a discount at the recommended bar which was very close. We would say there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay."

"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "

"Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience."

"Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Right in the main square of beautiful San Gimignano. Walk right out your door to all the action. We were there during a big festival and couldn’t hear anything from our room that had a valley view. Breakfast was also excellent. Bringing your car into the city to drop off your luggage is challenging for people not used to driving in ancient walled cities! Stop at the red lights in the city even if you don’t see a reason to. After dropping off your luggage you will need to park just outside the city walls. We had a good time having drinks in the square at the bar next to the hotel entrance. "
