A bunkroom designed for fun, featuring three bunk beds with four twin and two full mattresses. Adjacent to the bunkroom is a cozy playroom with a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or gaming. There’s also a convenient half bath on this level.
Second Level:
The heart of the home, with an open-concept design that flows effortlessly from the large eat-in kitchen island to the living room, complete with a Smart TV, ideal for football season or movie nights. FIREPLACE IS NOT USABLE DURING GUEST STAY
This floor also opens onto a spacious ocean-facing deck and a charming screened porch, offering unbeatable views of the waves.
Two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it perfect for families.
Third Level:
The primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a tub and a separate shower.
A second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

Guest has access to the full property except 3 locked owners closets. All other areas are set up for guests. Owners also have a vehicle in the garage and some tools but shelves and other items are fully for guests
