"Struttura curata nei particolari, arredamento nuovo,letto confortevole,bagno e camera puliti. Se devi trovare una pecca?! Beh forse direi che,almeno nella ns camera,manca una cassettiera e il frigo. Noi per 2 notti ci siamo arrangiati,ma per un lungo soggiorno non saprei dove mettere l'abbigliamento, perché ci sono anche pochi appendiabiti. Ma ribadisco è stata una bella scoperta. Poi se si vuole pranzare o cenare di fianco c'è un ristorante che fa ottima carne alla brace Vi consigliamo anche...

"Great price and quick train ride to Venice. Comfortable bed and quiet. We believed that there was a shared kitchen according to the picture but no kitchen at all. We were offered to use the owners fridge but choose not to due to access limited in timing."

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. "The room was very clean and well equipped. The building was with a locked gate so it we felt safe. We came from Treviso airport and airport bus stopped close to the property. There was also a Coop next to the stop so we were able to grab some snacks. It was easy to go to Venice island. The bus and tram stop was around the corner and they ran frequently. The only minus was that the rooms were not very soundproof and we could hear other guests. "
