I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes). The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."

"The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold."
