"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

La colazione deve essere un po' migliorata ma in generale è un buon albergo tre stelle senza infamia e senza gloria. Per un soggiorno breve e per girare nei dintorni ottima soluzione"

"The property was beautiful with tons of beds. Even a separate house that would be great if you had kids in your group, or just need the extra beds! The pool area and outdoor dining areas were lovely!"
