"We loved our stay. From the start David sent all kinds of information. We had a few more questions about the bus and the area, David sent answers with in minutes with GPS maps. We loved the view, the Persimmon and Pomegranate from the trees in the yard were delicious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome, everything was clean. We stayed at 3 other locations this trip and this was our favorite. My wife said the blow dryer was the best blow dryer in Italy."

Beautiful villa with private pool, terrace, and garden

"This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space for our large group. It is in a remote location and very quiet. It was perfect for short trips to local towns and then a swim in the afternoon. We spent most evenings on the patio enjoying the Tuscan sunsets. We would definitely stay again! "

"The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. Cate, the hostess, was extremely attentive and helped us arrange various activities during our stay. "This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."

"Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

Wonderful experience

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."
