"I liked everything about this hotel. Staff came out to our car to greet us (Sam). He insisted on carrying our luggage to our room and parking our car. The proprrty is well designed, lovely pool, great dining room with emphasis on local cuisine and a veautiful beach at our door step. I would return to Vilka Rasa anytime but for a longer stay."

"O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestão é muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionários. Todos eles sao bem educados, porém falta organização no hotel. O café sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou café em um dia, no outro açúcar, o leite, ate os talheres. "There was mold in my room and l was sneezing all night because of it. The bed sheets also smelled like mold. There was animals trapped in small cages, such as snakes and birds, which amounts to animal cruelty. The stairs are dangerous for old people. "

"This is the best property in Búzios, hands down. The building is beautiful, staff is very attentive and food is amazing. We spent 4 nights at Casas Brancas and wish we could stay longer. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from (Aparecida served as every morning and she was great). Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and polite. My room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing and Casas Brancas is a walking distance from the Main Street (rua das Pedras) where all the shops and restaurants are located. We had dinner one night at Restaurant 74 which is located at Casas Brancas and food was delicious. Their attention to detail is impeccable. "

"This was an incredible property. I found it unique and totally a vibe. My vibe. It was classy and elegant while holding an earthy feelings. Lots of plants and natural light. The property was very clean, room was clean and well organized. I felt like it was worth every dollar. Truly a first class experience. Everyone was very professional, helpful and genuinely kind. I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend! "

Beautiful stay

"Excellent! Amazing view from our bedroom balcony. Breakfast in the morning was served to our balcony. Im from US I speak English I don’t speak Portuguese unfortunately, but luckily my partner I was with did speak. Our excellent front desk knew a little bit of English. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. Also gave us advice on where to go for fun. Somewhat close to the beach. Hotel was located up on top of hill. Walkable to the beach but took an Uber back up. If I could rate this place 11/10 stars I would. If I return to Buzios in the future, I will definitely stay again. Unforgettable experience. Obrigado!"
