"This is an exceptional hotel, absolutely the hotel to stay in Praia. Beautiful rooms and great views. Very friendly staff. I will recognize some hotel staff who were fantastic. "We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use."
