The place was amazing. The view was wow just incredible with the sea in front of the condo. The hospitality and the communication with the hosts was top notch. Thanks for providing such a wonderful time.

The property had everything what we were looking for. It was spacious, safe, clean with with beautiful views. There are plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. Also you can buy everything you need in the local grocery shop. Place is close to the downtown and beaches. There is no located parking, however you can always find a parking spot near the building. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

The property was in an excellent location. The view was amazing. However, parking was a bit difficult since the road and parking space were quite small. There are some items in the house that could be cleaner. But overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful location with a great view.

Beautiful location across the street from the ocean. Very spacious 3-story apartment that had everything we needed. It did not have dedicated parking so we had to search for parking each day.

AAA Appartment close to Pta Delgada

SENSATIONAL place on Sao Miguel close to Ponta Delgada!! VERY well maintained and equipped appartment on two floors .. nothing absolutely nothing missing!! .. us, a family of four, had a great time !! .. even beach towels provided .. we were nicely contacted before the vacations, got all instructions .. and VERY helpful restaurant tipps !!! Thx to Catarina AND Leticia !! .. we will definitely show up with you again!! .. parking is also easy !!

This is a beautiful unit and the owners are incredibly helpful. However, the location is not in a great area. Also, parking is a nightmare.

Everything was great. We had a very large SUV and all streets were great except the very narrow one to get to the parking space in front of the house. Loved the place and view. Cozy little cafe next door. Welcome snacks were very thoughtful as were the beach towels and umbrellas! Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyable Stay and Experience

We enjoyed our week with Azores Villas, and everything was as listed. The management team were proactive with communication, and accommodated our needs for a crib and high chair. The place is kept clean and all the basic amenities were provided. If renting a car, you may need to park further away (3 min walk east) on occasion as there are limited parking spaces shared.

Stayed here with a friend and felt very very unsafe. This is located in a terrible part of town and we saw a drug deal occur one street away. There were many homeless around and we even had an altercation with a homeless man who sat on the doorstep and would not move. We told Expedia and the owner we felt unsafe and they did NOTHING. In fact, the property send over 2 men who kept pounding on the door to do maintenance and we felt very unsafe having 2 random men come in who don’t speak English. They refused us early check in so they should have scheduled that before we arrived, also, there is no pool or hot spring at the property and the “beach” is far away and gross. Do not recommend

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children and stayed in Ocean 1 unit which has the second floor balcony sea view. The parking situation was less than ideal, when we arrived there was no parking in front or nearby. We circled for awhile before someone finally left. I honestly think the space in front of the rental should be reserved, it was a pain finding parking during our 4 day stay. I think the pictures were taken right after the remodel. The place did not look as nice as in the pictures. Some of the living room chairs were old and torn, the showers were also old worn and moldy. The worst part is although there are two showers, the water heater could not supply enough hot water for 1 person to shower. When the second person showered the hot water ran out. We learned quickly on the next day that you have to keep volume of water very low to reserve enough hot water. We did complain and was told maintenance would have a look, not sure if they ever did. The neighborhood isn't the best looking and there aren't any eateries within walking distance. WiFi worked fine, strong signal throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and they even provided a basket of local goodies to welcome us. The beach towels were also a nice touch. Overall a satisfactory stay, but if we returned to the island would most likely look else where.
Our view definitely looked nothing like the photos. The surrounding area looks a bit dodgy.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte einen Frontalblick zum Meer. Unvergessliche Aussicht. Die große Terrasse war auch ein Highlight. Die Straße vor dem Haus war durch Kanalarbeiten gesperrt, weshalb es dadurch natürlich sehr ruhig war. Zu Fuß erreicht man gut die nächstgelegenen Strände. Guter Ausgangsort auch für diverse Ausflüge mit dem Mietfahrzeug.

Villetta in posizione super..struttura arredata bene e molto funzionale, dispone di tutto! Accessori anche per il nostor bimbo (lettino e seggiolone) che sono stati molto graditi. Leticia e Catarina sono state disponibilissime e super carine nei nostri riguardi, accertandosi sempre che andasse tutto bene..ci hanno accolto i prodotti di benvenuto lasciati sul tavolo al nostro arrivo. Siamo stati davvero bene!
