No reception, but online service is as good as possible given they work office hours. The facilities themselves are good, clean and modern. Small louge and kitchen area available.

Good but can be loud music at weekends
Good option in town but it can be loud music on a Friday and Saturday night until around 4am if you have a room on the front. The other nights were okay. Our room had no mirror, bin or sink in the room. There is a kitchen and a lounge. Good location when not a weekend.

The location was good..room was nice and clean but big issue with no hot water and when I told staff.The reply was let it run a few minutes and it will get hot. It was cold the entire time...disappointing.

Ubicación excelente
El hotel está muy bien, amplio y limpio. Ubicación excelente, quizás en temporada alta pueda ser ruidoso por la ubicación tan céntrica. Los propietarios muy amables respondiendo en todo momento a cualquier necesidad.

Nice place to stay but a little hot...
Our stay was really good except that our room did not have a fan or AC and it was extremely stuffy. Worse, there were some really hot days in PD while we were there. Otherwise, the place was clean and we enjoyed using the kitchen. It was nice to be in the heart of the city.

Good location to be in the center of the town. Easy check-in. Very, very, very noisy, i only slept 2 hours because of all the noise (people coming in and out). No insonority at all.

Stayed at property for one night as a layover from Terceira back to California. Stayed in apt. A1. Room provided plenty of room for 3 adults and two teenagers. Very modern interior, with plenty of amenities and comfortable. Heard music and yelling from disco down the street around 3:00 AM, but really just due to location. Only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, was the shower drained very slowly, which caused water to overflow floor pan onto bathroom floor... made for short showers. More of a maintenance issue really. Happy with stay overall.
