"Não é um hotel Apesar do nome! É uma pousadinha. Quarto inferior com muita umidade, por isso solicitamos a troca e nos foi concedido. Quarto superior um pouco melhor em tamanho e com menos umidade. Pela avaliação que clientes escrevem esperava infinitamente mais! Estacionamento ruim. E um café da manhã aceitável! Mas não espera nada de mais! O check out é às 11 horas! Bem cedo! "

"Fiz a reserva tarde e não tinha restrição de horários. Chefuei por volta das 2:00 am e estava fechado. O site intermediou e consegui entrar, onde fui bem recebido É necessário só informar a restrição de horário, pois assim não tinha feito a reserva. Tiranso esse episódio, que não foi agradável, o local é muito bom. Organizado, limpo ,com um ótimo café da manhã. "

"Extremely helpful staff, great location, walking distance to BCW and a variety of restaurant options across the street. We were welcomed by the King himself and heard a lot of amusing stories about the park and the surroundings. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."
