"Excellent place for a stopover on the way to the alps or south of France, comfortable & convenient. There are 2 restaurants just across the car park, as we stayed here on both legs of our trip we tried both. First was a traditional French restaurant, good food & reasonably priced. Second was a fish restaurant, excellent food & they offered a 15% discount to residents of the hotel. Both were busy with locals, always a good sign."

"Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"Great service from all staff. Lovely comfortable beds, slept so well. Great size family rooms and with a seperate WC. Nice and quiet rooms too even though close to a busy road, could not hear traffic noise."

"Great value for money hotel in the centre of Troyes. Extremely friendly welcome from reception lady who was very helpful. Good size double rooms, nice bedding, great bathroom. Parking extra but only 7 EUR, breakfast 10.50 EUR - cold buffet, not a great selection but fresh warm good-quality croissants which were appreciated and nice coffee. "

"Good overnight stop. The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. Awful night pouring down with rain. Asked him about the restaurant opposite said it wasn’t bad & if you show your B&B card get 15% discount. Good call it was lovely."

"Un catastrophe, toilettes boucher plus canalisations et cela depuis 2022 nous sommes en 2024 !!! Vitre casser , cuisine casser four HS réfrigérateur avec un pot de crème fraîche ouverte et sale . Il vous dit que vous pouvez fêter anniversaire et autre mais à 20h il faud rester à intérieur Porte et fenêtres fermées qui elle sont casser aussi . "Nous avons passé un excellent week end prolongé, au calme, dans cette belle maison de campagne pleine de charme. Nous étions un peu plus de 20 adultes, les dimensions de la maison étaient parfaites pour notre groupe et le logement respectait en tout point la description faite dans l'annonce (notamment le nombre de couchages avec une mezzanine dortoir très bien aménagée pour accueillir notre grand groupe). Marc et Sarah, nos hôtes, ont été disponibles, discrets et accueillants. Je recommande."

Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "

Poor service

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
