We assumed that we would be met, but apparently we needed to contact the non English speaking caretaker and our french is not conversational. Fortunately we were able to contact the owner who was able to arrange access. "The caravan was a lovely size for 4, was clean, comfortable and functional. We didn’t use any of the facilities on site as we were mostly out. The check in and check out was fluid considering the staff don’t speak much English. The area has nothing rally to do so you either need the car or the train to get out and do things. "The property was very nice and the response from the property manager was excellent. For us the location was very good, check in was easy and the only slight issue for us was one of the pans was unclean from I presume a previous customer, the sofa cover could also do with a clean though we had a sheet covering if due to us having our dog with us. Overall the property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay."
