The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "Il a fait trop chaud, et ensuite trop de vent durant notre séjour. Déçue par les plages réhaussées de sable ce qui fait que l'on est vite submergé par la mer, pas grand chose à faire pour des septuagénaires, si ce n'est que prendre la voiture pour visiter ailleurs. "Yolanda was super friendly and helpful, we spoke French which was easier for her to understand, but her English was much better than our Spanish, LOL. So, our Franglais was a good compromise. She gave us a map of Figueres and offered us tips on where it is safer to walk, and where it was safer to take a taxi (average 12€ - 15€) to all locations around town. It cost around 14€ to go from the train station to Ibis Styles Ronda. Overall, the check-in experience was very helpful and professionally handled. "
