Welcome to Villa l’Auzon!

The villa is a detached house of 80 m2, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds) and 1 double sofa in the living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen as well as air conditioning.
It is a modern, fenced house which has a private swimming pool as well as a terrace equipped with table and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors.
Ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.
You can also rent several villas to enjoy total privacy while sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
The capacity of each house is 8 people. If you are a group (24 people maximum) you can reserve the 3 villas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The construction and fitting out of the villas was completed in mid-January 2024. The houses are brand new! The exterior landscaping is to be completed in the coming weeks (Grass, trees..)
The Ardèche is a beautiful region and the villas are ideally located for exploring. As soon as your reservation is validated, we will send you a booklet indicating the recommended activities/restaurants.
Note that the Villas are located on the banks of the Lignon and the Ardèche, you can swim in the clear waters, with an access point a 5-minute walk away!

You can use all indoor and outdoor spaces in the house. Parking is available in front of each house allowing parking for 2 cars.
Upon your arrival and during your stay, a person will be physically available and we will always be reachable by telephone. Contact details will be communicated after validation of the reservation.
If you come with your animals, please let us know in advance of the number + race.
A Nespresso type coffee machine is available in the kitchen (if you wish to purchase pods in advance)
