"It was very disappointing, i think we had the worse room. I did ask to move rooms but they were fully booked. The room was on the ground floor, with no natural light, everything was very tired and old. There was air conditioning in one room but not the double. Room was full of mosquitoes and the mattress was old with the springs sticking out. We had an outside area but we had thick trees and looked onto the carpark/ main road. "This has been the worst experience I ever had since travelling. We had to wait 1 hour 'till the guy finally show up for check-in and then he said he had no room for us even if we had a reservation since more than a month. so he had to transfer us to another of his own studio for the night.
