The love and care given to the house is evident in all the extra details. The woodwork is gorgeous, all done with local wood. There are some very neat antiques around the house. "Love staying on Garfield Bay! This has become the first place we try & stay when we come every year because it is has such easy access to Lake Pend Oreille including moorage & trailer parking with proper insurance & slip information. Property has a stunning & serene view of the lake. Best place to sit on the porch & have a cup of coffee in the morning. The property owners are most accommodating & very helpful. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home. Very clean & comfortable....

Our private 30' Dock on the channel inlet leading to the Lake. The inlet water will sometimes appear murky.

"Great place for a large group with three generations. Our seniors are still pretty mobile and could handle the stairs. We enjoyed the property and the amenities. Something for everyone ."

"It was a great cabin experience. We enjoyed our stay there. After booking with VRBO I realized they are booking via Vacasa. I would recommend booking it from Vacasa to save VRBO platform fees. The cabin was nestled in the mountains in Schweitzer. It had all amenities but the one that was unexpected was they provided coffee machine but do not provide coffee grounds or filters. So carry them with you if you plan to brew your coffee."
