"We did not stay there because the information in the site was that this place is 6.1 miles from posada de valdeon which is misleading and since no one in the hotel could communicate with us in English when we called. "A pretty drive in the country to get to this location which is quiet and relaxing. Our host was very gracious and helpful. We do not speak Spanish and he went out of his way to give us great recommendations for the area. Our dinner was vey tasty and well worth the extra charge. "A beautiful country house run by a family with just 8 rooms just 2.5 km away from Potes. A good choice for one who prefers to stay a little bit away from the city centre. We chose this place because we drive and the very good price. It turned out to be a real gem as the owner and son went out of their way to give us very good recommendations for nature walks, etc. We also took an evening walk to Potes, which was 30 minutes each way. "A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The apartment has everything you could need and is obviously a loved home, it made staying here even more special. Friendly and helpful communications from Felipe throughout made us feel at home.
