"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. ...

"For the price this was a superb 1 night stop in an commercial area out of town. The bistro next door was surprisingly good. Breakfast was included and the bed very comfortable. The best two star hotel I have ever stayed in. Well done to all. "

"Broken down car in the car park is only vehicle there. Doors open but no staff. Have to go several hundred metres to ibis budget to register. Poorly maintained and unsafe feeling area not helped by signs pointing out that the car park is not secured "

"We absolutely love this place. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you to Martine and Bruno for being excellent hosts. The accomodation was well equipped, there was an amazing pool , a ping pong table and a games room which entertained all the children. We spent most of the time outside near the pool and in the annexe which had a kitchen. We stayed in the main house which was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. "This was the most perfect place to think and unwind over a week, while being able to head out and see nearby sites. The pool, pizza oven, and barbeque allowed us to relax and chat; the grounds allowed us enough space not to be crowded. Perfect!"

"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."
