Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. "We where absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty and the soul of this place. It was practical, beautiful, stylish, confortable, Very very well equiped. It was generous with water in bottles for a whole week, with a lot of things in the kitchen everything irradiated generosity and taste. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"WE are a family of 4, which had the privilige of living in the house for 2 weeks. It was a wonderfull vacation. We where positively surpriced by the house. Its is a really fine house. Equiped whith the things we needed. The view is wonderfull. The host is very friendly and helpfull. Fausto help us with answers to your questiuons etc. The comunication was in English. There is a lot of restaurants in the area. The shopping areas a neare by. And the winderfull beasched is also nearby."

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."
