"I think its been the best hotel ive had in my multi-city europe trip so far. Unlike others, the reception staff welcome you with a smile, be helpful and even make you feel comfortable. The room was so decent and relaxing that i chose to stay in the room for a whole day to rest and relax instead of exploring the city. Good shower space, really comfortable bed and TV made it great. Not a smart TV, so bring a HDMI or something to watch your shows. Accessibility wise, just 7min walk to Venezia Mestre station, which takes 5min to get to the Island - Venezia Santa Lucia station for a few euros. I used Trainline app to get my tickets to and fro, so its really easy. You have food options like indian food just 5min away, ramen, a bunch of italian restaurants and many more within 5min walk. Hotel lobby has comfortable sitting area for you to sit and have a chat with guests without being in the cold outside. The station comes with lots of food options too. Overall, love this hotel. For improvement - maybe add smart TV and a safe box. "

"The staff were AMAZING!!! I accidently dropped something at the property and it had my name on it. They saved it for me and sent me an email as well. They were very attentive. And the place has an ice machine on each floor!!! The only hotel in Italy that we stayed at that did. AMAZING!"
