Detached modern house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private heated pool 10 x 3 meters.

Suitable for max. 8 people.

Location;
40 minutes from airport Alicante and 1. 20 hours from airport Valencia.
The property is located in a modern residential area near the picturesque village of Polop. Well-known seaside resorts such as Altea, Calpe and Benidorm can all be reached within 15 to 30 minutes.

From the terrace of the house you have mountain, and sea view and you can enjoy the view of, Polop, Altea Hills, the rock of Calpe, and Albir.

The modern house has a large plot with parking space. Beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, of which a few beautiful palm trees ensure that you are quickly in Spanish spheres. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is 10 x 3 large. A spacious lounge set and a couple of sunbeds are placed around the pool. There is also a large parasol available to provide you with the necessary shade. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ guarantees many cozy evenings. A washing machine is available for your convenience in the outside storage.

The house consists of 3 floors and is fully equipped with heating and / or air conditioning and Wifi !!
Ground floor with living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
From the living room you come with a sliding door on a raised spacious terrace with a large dining table and electr. sunscreen.
In the basement, you will still find a sea of ​​space. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also a spacious living room with lounge sofa and flat screen. Here too there is an extra table with 6 chairs.

WARNING CONSTRUCTION SITE
I can't tell you how disappointed I was upon arrival to the villa. It was advertised as a 'quiet residential area' which was why I booked what appeared to be a luxury villa. My husband am I work really busy stressful jobs back home in the UK, so wanted some peaceful relaxing family time. My heart sank on arrival as four if not five construction cranes are visible from the property. It is in a completed street but behind the property and down the road they are building. This went on all day from 8am till 6pm and sometimes on a sunday too. I contacted the owner who did telephone me back, but pointed out they couldn't control construction in the area - I agree- but they can certainly warn families booking a holiday and not simply take their money!!! I felt it is false advertising. I cannot believe I paid over £4000 Euros to sit listening to building work all day. Couldn't fault the villa. So clean and the owner has lovely taste in decoration. However the outdoor space and pool was smaller than the photos appeared so clearly some clever photography on a wide angle lens. I wouldn't go back and I would say the construction site was large so building works likely to be going on here for some time. My advice - book elsewhere. If you haven't had enough noise in the day from banging, grinding and digging then you can also enjoy the late night barking of several neighbourhood dogs........

lovely Villa
Pros: Lovely Villa, Warm Swimming Pool, Good Views and Ideal for large family. Good quality cookware and lovely fridge freezer. Lots of Towels provided. Beds comfortable. Supermarket close by. Car needed to explore. Cons: No preparing knives,no wooden spoons for cooking and no serving spoons which made it hard to cook and cater for 8 of us. Communication before trip was not good we had to contact VRBO to ask them to get owners to contact us as heard nothing from them even though we had messaged them. We received a message the night before leaving telling us what to do but when you are going away with young children its nice to know everything is booked. Jessy who meets you is lovely but cant tell you anything as only speaks Spanish so no idea how anything worked except the alarm on the house as that was easy to show us. Also no welcome folder either which would have been nice as it could have let us know how things in the villa worked and which restaurant's were good. All the showers were cold until we managed to find the boiler and turn the showers to hot water. The owners did video call us 3 days after arriving to give us a tour of the villa but this is to late and we were at the aquarium at the time so not any good for us. Mosquito were a nightmare worse we have ever experienced. Also not a proper BBQ just a small electric outdoor griddle. There was a big BBQ in the outbuilding but had a big sign saying private on it and was behind a lot of stuff.

Fantastic home to stay in!
The villa was everything we expected and more perfect location nice and quiet for our two young babies but close enough for a drive into the local towns of Altea, Benidorm and Polop it’s self. The villa was high spec and had all the essentials for our holiday and more the pool area was fantastic and very clean! We really didn’t want to leave and will be back to stay at this villa! :)

Lovely villa in quiet area.
The villa is lovely and all things catered for and more. Owners are very friendly and quick to help. Benidorm is only 15 minutes drive away. You do need a car to shop and do any excursions. It is a quiet neighbourhood so not good for those looking for night life. Ideal for families.

Traum Urlaub im Traum Haus
Für uns war es der zweite Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Wie immer vorab ein sehr netter Kontakt mit den Besitzern. Angekommen wurden wir wieder super nett von Jessy in Empfang genommen. Ein kleines Gastgeschenk für unsere Tochter gab es auch. Viel braucht man zum Haus nicht sagen. Es ist perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Modern, ruhig, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Polop ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend aber man ist in 15min in Benidorm, Altea oder Albir. Perfekt für abendliche Ausflüge. Wir lieben dieses Haus.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit allem ausgestattet. Großzügige Küchenausstattung, Standzubehör (Stühle Sonnenschirm usw.) vorhanden. Im Außenbereich genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Lage etwas außerhalb von Polop Fahrzeug zum Einkaufen oder Strandbesuch unbedingt notwendig. Fahrzeit zum Lidl oder anderer Einkaufsmarkt ca. 4 Minuten nach Benidorm ca. 15 Min. Sehr nette Vermieter an die man sich jederzeit wenden kann für Tipps oder Hilfestellung im Haus. Eine entspannte Woche wir ( zu fünft) würden wieder buchen

Traumurlaub unter Palmen in Polop
Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Super ausgestattet und ein traumhafter Garten/Pool Bereich. Innen sehr modern und geschmackvoll und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Sehr ruhig und sicher. Natürlich braucht man einen Mietwagen aber der Ausblich ist ein Traum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke, Danke, Danke.
