At the gateway to the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park and 25 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this detached house from 1974 welcomes you in the heart of the village of Polminhac.
Nearby, you can visit the Château de Pesteils in Polminhac, go on numerous hikes (departure from the village), play golf in Vézac, discover the Cère valley, the waterfalls, the Grand Site National du Puy Mary. You can also enjoy the winter and summer resort of Super-Lioran (tree climbing, ski slopes, snowshoes, ice rink, etc.) located 20 minutes from the cottage.
You benefit from a 1000 m² enclosed wooded plot and a paved terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue. You have a garage as well as private parking in the enclosure.
On the ground floor, living room with flat screen TV, wifi internet access, kitchen, relaxation area with library, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom (shower and bathtub) and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, separate toilet. Central oil heating (€50 per week). Pet supplement €50/week.
