"A wonderful stay. This being Italy, like many other ancient cities, the roads are narrow, so bigger vehicles might not fit or be able to make the hairpin turns. That being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and I slept great. Breakfast is provided by the bar across the street and the staff are very friendly there as well. This is a place you'd be happy the stay at."

"A beautiful spot to spend the week! Belvedere staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, which gave us a great room with a truly fabulous view of the sea and nearby mountains. Super convenient location, parking tricky but available (particularly on the side street closest to the hotel front), and the town couldn’t be sweeter. A great place to visit, and we will definitely stay here again! "

"Nice welcome. Enclosed parking lot so no need to worry about dings or squeezing the car into a haphazard slot. Room simple but clean, well-appointed with comfortable bed.Tasty (Sicilian) buffet style breakfast - enough to fill a range of preferences. Flagging that there is nothing cooked (if that's important for you). Patio great for eating or simply chilling and the place is quiet. Its about a 20 min walk (down hill) to the beach so you get your work out coming back up. Would stay here again "

We then left for town and upon our return, we were shocked and dismayed to discover that someone had come into our room and turned off the air conditioning. "This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment.
