Villa Josefina is a charming finca, newly installed air conditioning in the bedrooms.



Situated just behind the famous Puig de Maria hill, Can Josefina is built on one level. It is very homely and typically Mallorcan with Mediterranean blue walls, carefully chosen decorations and lots of interesting features.



Guests particularly enjoy the outdoor space. The 8m x 5m glistening swimming pool is new and extremely inviting - all you can hear from the pool are the sounds of nature. This is a space where you can completely unwind - it really is idyllic! In addition, there is a large L-shaped covered terrace with a dining and seating area, and two further outdoor dining areas, one next to the pool and the other in a cozy courtyard.



Inside, there is a sitting room/dining area, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen.



The villa comfortably sleeps six guests in three bedrooms: a double, a twin and a bedroom with bunk beds. The property has two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and a second outdoor bathroom with a shower.



Villa Josefina is perfect for a family holiday, or for a couple looking for a total escape. It would also be good for cyclists.

Great rental - we spent one week with some friends in this gorgeous house and we really loved our trip. The house was clean, the garden was really and the swimming pool was simply beautiful. The house is relatively close to Alcudia (10 min drive approx.). Do not hesitate, great place to spend your holidays!

The villa is in a quiet area and feels very private. The location is perfect for relaxing by the pool but with easy access to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The inside is spacious and stays cool in the heat. The outside areas are a delight with plenty of shaded seating areas, a barbeque and a beautiful pool. Perfect for families. Highly recommended.

Great villa with an amazing pool and garden area. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, very private but close to Pollensa and Puerto Pollença. Would recommend the villa. Quiet and effective air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the house is generally cool due to shutters. Would recommend mosquito repellent as in the evenings there were plenty of mosquitoes around. Immaculately clean and well equipped kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would definitely come back again! There's lots of space, inside and outside and it's very private and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. The pool is brilliant - it's the perfect place to relax and sunbathe with a few different places around the villa to sit / eat outside. It's a great and private space to relax whilst only being a 15 minute drive to the beautiful port pollenca where we went for dinner several times (and 10 mins drive to supermarkets etc.) and not too far from the beach (although the pool area is so lovely, we preferred to stay by the pool most of the time). You definitely need a car to stay here but there's so many places to explore nearby that it's definitely worth driving around and finding beaches / visit towns. We would definitely recommend the villa!

The quiet property is very nice and the outdoor area with the great planting with numerous fruit trees and especially the pool are beautiful. The location is great - shopping, different beaches and great towns are quick to reach. Also the way to the airport. The listing is well laid out. Everywhere in the house there are hanging options. A gas heater helped us on the cold October night. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped, there is a coffee maker (filter and capsule), a washing machine, cleaning and pool cleaner utensils, etc. There are two bathrooms. Check-in and communication were very easy.

Good value villa with great pool

Spacious villa with various places to sit/eat inside and out. Fabulous clean pool that we used several times every day. Has shallow area for children if needed which also helps to warm the water. You do need a car, quite a twisty narrow road to reach the villa but only a few minutes drive from Pollensa, supermarket, lovely Sunday market etc. About 15 mins drive to range of beaches around Port Pollensa. We went in July and definitely needed mosquito protection as quite a rural area. We were grandparents, parents and 6 year old and had a great 2 weeks.

Our stay at the villa Josephina in Mallorca was wonderful. It was exactly as advertised and the rental property management team were very helpful. There were only minor items that they were able to assist with right away and we were very happy with our stay. The outdoors was beautiful with all the different plants, multiple areas where you could eat, a nice barbecue, a full outdoor bathroom and of course the pool was excellent. The only item I’ll mention for other people who stay, is that they will have to buy everything for the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools necessary, but you’ll have to buy things like oil and dishwasher soap and etc…

The villa is gorgeous - our first villa stay, a great upgrade from self-catering apartment. It is a shame there is not more sleeping space as it was almost too large for just the five of us. My son was hardly out of the pool and it was fab not needing to tell him to curb his excitementnoise as despite there being a villa attached at the back it was very secluded. I would take mosquito protection - three out of five of us were bitten, I particularly struggled and as the sockets pins are sideways, you need an adapterthe plug in ones do not work as they need to sit upright. If you are prone do take long sleeve and leg clothing for early morning and dusk/night as that helped me toward the end of my stay. Fab little welcome bag of laundry essentials and as we arrived when shops were shut they put a huge bottle of water in for us. No store cupboard items like salt etc - I think due to ants which were not bad at all. Villa name not on directions which didn't help!

Beautiful rustic property

Stayed with family for one week including adolescent. Helpful booking process from agency and lots of updates. Property is fairly remote, although this was one of the attractions for us, but only a short drive to centre of pollenca and well placed as a base to explore from. However, you will need a car for this stay. Property has lots of rustic charm inside (traditional villa), gardens are beautiful and well maintained and there is lots of outside space for relaxing/eating. Great pool area with shaded areas and sun beds. The views from the property are great and the area peaceful. At the end of the drive is a work/access area so occasionally some cars but people respectful of property and no bother. The property is clean and in the traditional style. All areas were well equipped, although the wifi was a little variable. There was nothing additional that we needed. There is lots of space inside the property with kitchen with dining table, additional lounge/dining area, main lounge area and three bedrooms (one double, one twin single and one bunk beds), main bathroom. Outside there are plenary of tables, chairs, seating areas, as well as additional bathroom with shower, bbq area and utility store. Pool area well equipped with sun beds and covered dining area. Pool well maintained with beautiful views. Overall great property with beautiful outside space and lots of rustic charm.

La maison est bien et l’annonce peut générer un effet déception car elle indique :- 300m2 : 150m2 les terrasses extérieures… les photos donnent d’ailleurs cette impression trompeuse- 2 salles de bain dont une à l’extérieur dans dépendance, la seule qui fournit de l’eau chaude en continu - vue montagne : oui à l’extérieur de la propriété car avec la verdure (très jolie) on ne voit pas les montagnes - climatisation dans les chambres : n’a pas bien fonctionné les 1ers jours mais le propriétaire est venu rapidement dépanner en rentrant dans la maison à 2 reprises sans avertir. Il est même rentré dans la chambre pendant que mon fils et sa copine dormait…En bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour en passant au delà des commentaires précédants mais le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas.

Schöne Finca mitten in der Natur

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles tiptop geklappt. Mega easy "Selfcheckin". Tolles Haus mit viel Platz drinnen und draussen. Wunderbar mitten in der Natur und doch nur 5 Autominuten weg von Pollençia oder ca. 15 min bis an tolle Strände. Es hatte alles was wit brauchten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und es hatte sogar einwenig etwas zum Spielen für die Kinder.

Great house, will happily go back

A great house with a great pool. Our family of 5 enjoyed 2 weeks here is Aug 2022. The house is nicely tucked away and not overlooked. It's a good size, comfortable and clean. The garden and pool are lovely and there are multiple terrace areas to chose to sit or eat at. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

Beautiful pool and villa

I stayed with three friends for a week. Everything was as described /promised, awesome villa!! The WiFi couldn't be used outside the kitchen.
