"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Lisdonaugh. The house fit our large group well and generally was comfortable. The country setting was lovely as were the owner/hosts. However, the pics online do not accurately reflect the current condition of the house. Several baths had visible mold, forcing us to abandon one bedroom altogether. "We had a fantastic time on the Lisdonagh estate. We had ample space for the family and the apartment was well equipped. Our hosts were super friendly and even let my son ride the donkey, which was a highlight for him. It was the perfect location to take day trips to Athenry, Ross Errilly Friary, Clifden and more, then we'd come home to the relaxing serenity of the countryside."

"The entire house is disgustingly dirty. Very unsafe too. Few of windows have cracks, no ventilation, many windows have no openings. Bathroom door was held by screws which were loose, we had to tightened it in case fall down onto one of kids. Mattress we slept on was stained and yellow.. Location isn’t great either. For five nights stay we paid €2600. We never had such horrendous experience."

"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "
