"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. "It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "

"We were very pleased with the hotel. Rooms are spacious and private - each room has a private entrance in a "condo/townhome" type of setting. Our room was large with a balcony and french doors in the bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the room too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service impeccable. The hotel also has top notch restaurant if you don't feel like driving to town one night."

He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
